Job Description

As part of our project management team representing our client, you will be involved in the risk management of the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities. You will need to manage all risks relating to the Changi East Development Programme. In the process, you will have to work closely with all risk representatives/equivalent from all packages/consultants through the Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, Tender, Construction, Testing & Commissioning phases and ORAT to provide guidance and support by defining procedures of the PRM process throughout the delivery of the works. You shall be responsible to identify, analyse, treat, monitor, and report on all risks within or relating to Terminal 5. 

Requirements

• Good degree in Engineering or related fields, with at least 8 years of experience in the construction industry (candidates with more years of experience will be considered for a more senior role).
• Strong experience in project management and coordination.
• Able to demonstrate that he/she has carried out comprehensive risk management including DFS management for large-scale projects.
• Well trained and experienced in Program Risk Management.
• Preferably to be a Design for Safety Professional.
• Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical/ problem solving skills.
• Able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast paced projects.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
• This position is a 3-year contract with possibility of renewal.
