As part of our project management team representing our client, you will be involved in the management and execution of the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities. You will need to be involved in all stages of project inception, planning, execution and completion. In the process, you will have to work closely with stakeholders such as contractors, consultants and users to ensure that assigned projects meet user requirements and are completed on time, safely, within budget and of the highest quality.

Requirements

• Good degree in Engineering or related fields, with at least 8 years of experience in the construction industry (candidates with more years of experience will be considered for a more senior role).
• Strong experience in project management and coordination.
• Experienced in Program Risk Management.
• Proficient in MS Project will be an added advantage.
• Self motivated, driven and possess good analytical/ problem solving skills.
• Able to understand technical drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast paced projects.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
• This position is a 3-year contract with possibility of renewal.
