Singapore Changi Airport - Changi East Development
CAI provides key expertise to Changi Airport Group in master planning and airfield engineering designs. Changi East is the next phase of development for Singapore Changi Airport. The project encompasses a third runway and the future mega Terminal 5, which will augment the airport’s handling capacity and seal Changi Airport’s status as the top international air hub.
Singapore Changi Airport - Terminal 4
Changi Airport’s newest terminal, Terminal 4 (T4) , welcomed its first passenger in October 2017. CAI was involved in the project since its inception, from the feasibility studies and development of airport master plan, to the detailed engineering design of the airfield, landside ground transport infrastructure and drainage system. T4 has a capacity of 16 million passengers per annum.
Singapore Seletar Airport
CAI was engaged to carry out the planning and upgrading of Seletar Airport to support the aerospace park. The upgrading work includes the extension of the existing runway, adding parking stands to the new passenger terminal, and upgrading the navigational systems to allow bigger aircraft to operate from Seletar.
Singapore Changi Airport - Terminal 5
The upcoming Terminal 5 project will cement Singapore’s position as a key aviation hub and Changi Airport’s reputation as the world’s best airport. CAI, through its subsidiary, Changi Airport Planners and Engineers (CAPE), and partners Surbana Jurong, Arup and Mott MacDonald, were appointed by Changi Airport Group as the Master Civil Consultant.
