We offer an opportunity for professionals to join our expanding business development and investment team. In this role, the candidate will lead and manage the overall project development process of airport real estate. He will also lead the asset management of operating assets including performance monitoring, asset redevelopment, portfolio management and divestments. In addition, he will develop the company’s overall real estate development capability and knowledge base covering basic and airport-specific land uses necessary to develop integrated mixed use real estate developments.

Applicants should have a good degree in Real Estate and have substantial experience in real estate consultancy. Prior working experience in airport city development will be an added advantage.

This appointment requires frequent traveling at short notice. Applicants must be prepared to be stationed overseas.

You will be a key member of the Commercial Team in conceptualizing, marketing and growing the aeronautical and non-aeronautical businesses for our client airports through consultancy, management contracts and equity investment. You will be exposed to various airport commercial activities including airport retail layout design, concession management, rentable properties, franchises, land leases, marketing and promotion, and quality service management.

You should have a 2nd Upper Honors degree from a reputable university with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience, preferably in retail and concession management and marketing. Candidates with experience in managing retail malls including conceptualizing product mix would be considered favorably. A flair for numbers, enjoy creative design works and like to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures are pre-requisites for this role.

This appointment requires frequent traveling at short notice to any part of the world. You must also be prepared to be stationed overseas.

You will assume the role of business analyst in developing and analyzing forecasts and budgets as well as construction of comprehensive financial models to support the company’s business plan. You will review actual performance against budget, investigate the variances and identify trends and areas to improve the company’s performance.

You will set up systems and processes for accounting and internal controls to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the finance department. You will participate in related negotiation on commercial contracts to ensure best and competitive deals.

You should have a degree in Accountancy from a reputable university, with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the infrastructure or real estate industry. Candidates with additional CPA or other relevant post-graduate/professional accounting qualification will have an advantage. You should be a good team player who are result-oriented and self-initiated.

Successful candidate will be based in Kolkata, India.

You will design general HVAC systems, central plant heating and cooling systems, fire protection systems, plumbing systems, and other mechanical systems for building services. You will also review and provide quality control of the design carried out by the mechanical engineering consultants and prepare mechanical engineering technical specifications and costing. You will ensure that the design for a given project is in compliance with standards and codes of practices, and to the satisfaction of the client.

You should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university with at least 5 years’ of relevant working experience. You are expected to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills. Candidates with good working knowledge of electrical engineering and are available immediately or within short notice would be considered favorably.
