| Manager/Senior Manager (Commercial) |
You will be a key member of the Commercial Team in conceptualizing, marketing and growing the aeronautical and non-aeronautical businesses for our client airports through consultancy, management contracts and equity investment. You will be exposed to various airport commercial activities including airport retail layout design, concession management, rentable properties, franchises, land leases, marketing and promotion, and quality service management. Besides having a flair for research, data analysis and good report writing, you should enjoy dealing with government officials and private sector investors from different countries. You will also get the opportunity to hone your business and financial skills into a powerful capability to transact in international business.
You should have at least a 2nd Upper Honours degree from a reputable university. A CFA qualification or prior working experience in retail sector and/or business development will be an added advantage.
This appointment requires frequent traveling at short notice to any part of the world. You must also be prepared to be stationed overseas. |

| Manager (Corporate Secretariat) |
You will be responsible for corporate secretarial matters relating to the Board’s function. This includes coordinating and preparing materials for board and board committee meetings, drafting, reviewing and coordinating circulation of minutes of meetings and Directors’ Resolutions in Writing, maintenance of statutory registers and corporate records, filing with ACRA. You will also maintain corporate records to comply with the Companies Act requirements for different jurisdictions as well as liaise with professional service providers in connection with statutory compliance and company secretarial matters in foreign jurisdictions.
You should hold minimum Diploma in Legal Studies and candidate who is ICSA qualified with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in a commercial / MNC environment is preferred. You are expected to possess a sound understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and strong knowledge of corporate governance procedures. You should be meticulous and analytical and be able to multi-task, organize and prioritise work with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines. You should have good communication skills in spoken and written English.

| Legal Counsel |
You will review the legal aspects of commercial proposals for international investments and project development work in the Company. This includes constructing legal templates for the structuring of a project, building relationships with strategic partners and project financing, undertaking corporate secretarial work and instructing and working with external legal advisors.
You will participate in one or more project development work teams of the Company. You have to therefore develop a capacity of marrying robust legal advice with the commercial strategies for marketing, securing and executing a project.
You should hold a good university degree in law, with at least 2 to 3 years’ commercial experience or practice. Candidates who are qualified to advise Singapore law or UK law are preferred. Strong interest in project finance, construction law and corporate work are pre-requisites for this role. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage for projects in China.

| Analysts |
You will be part of our growing collaborative team of airport investment and airport advisory professionals. You will play an important role in providing rigorous empirical, financial and economic based analysis and solutions related to airport investments, planning and operations. By the nature of our business, you will receive significant international exposure working with a diverse set of projects, partners, public and private stakeholders and clients. On practical basis, you will be trained and would be expected to build financial valuation models, develop internal, partner and client presentations, support due diligence teams, create unique and insightful solutions to key management and operating challenges, as well as to work effectively with project teams composed of diverse professionals and advisors of various disciplines and international backgrounds. Going forward, you will be honed to grow in your leadership role in the Company with increasing scope and responsibility and to contribute even more significantly in building the international business of the Changi Airport Group.
You should have at least a 2nd Upper Honours degree or its equivalent. Having a CFA qualification and two years of related work experience will be an added advantage. You should have a strong record of leadership in a work or organizational setting, enjoy working in diverse teams and challenging environments, and a demonstrated passion for excellence in endeavors you have undertaken.

| Mechanical Engineer |
You will design general HVAC systems, central plant heating and cooling systems, fire protection systems, plumbing systems, and other mechanical systems for building services. You will also review and provide quality control of the design carried out by the mechanical engineering consultants and prepare mechanical engineering technical specifications and costing. You will ensure that the design for a given project is in compliance with standards and codes of practices, and to the satisfaction of the client.
You should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university with at least 5 years’ of relevant working experience. You are expected to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills. Candidates with good working knowledge of electrical engineering and are available immediately or within short notice would be considered favorably.

| Civil Engineer |
You will prepare and coordinate design and documentation for civil and structural engineering projects. You will lead the engineering design and analysis for all structural works, site-planning, coordination and execution of matters and issues relating to the construction of the project. You will coordinate and communicate with site project teams, supervisors, clients and contractors and be involved in tender preparation/bidding process and reviewing contractors’ submission and proposal.
You should have a BCA recognized degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering and with at least 3 years’ of relevant working experience. You should be able to carry out basic engineering design calculations and be familiar with structural design software such as ETABS and SAP2000. You are expected to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
