Changi Airports International Pte. Ltd. (CAI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changi Airport Group. CAI invests in airports overseas and also manages airports overseas through management contracts. CAI also runs a very active airport consultancy business, offering solutions in masterplanning, capacity development, operations optimization and service quality. Overseas Airport Manager

Based in a foreign airport, you will assume the key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the airport on a daily basis. This includes all aspects of airport operations such as airside and terminal operations, infrastructural development and maintenance, airport systems and planning, marketing of airport facilities, customer service, baggage and air cargo handling, in-flight catering, aviation security, safety management and airport emergency planning. Additionally, you may be exposed to managing the commercial business of airports in areas like airport retail.

You are expected to work closely with government, international or civil organisations to ensure compliance with all aspects of airport operations, immigration, technical and security matters. You will also work with airport tenants, airport retail groups, airlines and shuttle services to explore commercial potential.

You should have a degree in any discipline from a reputed institution and have at least 4 years of operations experience in an airline, airport, aviation, aerospace or aviation consultancy industry. A working stint in flight or ground operations, air traffic and route development, airport management, retail and commercial management or aviation engineering is preferred. Those with at least 8 years of relevant experience would be considered for team lead roles. Dynamic and driven, you should be willing to relocate on a long-term basis and be committed to anchoring your career overseas.

   
Associate Director, Consultancy

You will be a key member of the Consultancy Team to provide business and organizational development consultancy in the area of human capital development (HCD) to our client airports. You will conceptualize, market and implement training plans and programs for the clients as part of our consultancy, management contracts and equity investment.

You will be engaged in various airport activities including resource planning, organisational development consultancy, academy development and learning interventions. Besides having a flair for conceptualizing people development interventions and plans, you should enjoy dealing and meeting clients from various countries and cultures, and should also be able to sell and present the concepts behind the plans to them. Adept presentation skills and good report writing are a must. You should also be a team player and be able to contribute towards our bids which will integrate the training plans as part of the holistic product presented to our clients.

You should hold a good university degree in any discipline, with at least 5 years' HCD experience. Candidates with experience in setting up educational or training academy would be considered favourably.

This appointment requires frequent traveling at short notice to any part of the world. You must also be prepared to be stationed overseas.

   
Associate Director, Corporate Communications

You will be responsible for internal and external communications and investor relations. You will produce and disseminate quarterly internal communications materials, organise internal communications events or projects and manage contents of the intranet. You will also monitor media coverage of CAI and subsidiaries, manage media relations, develop corporate communications collateral (such as new releases, corporate video, annual report, websites etc.) as well as work with CAI's subsidiaries and businesses on corporate branding. In addition, you will manage the media strategy of investments, help develop presentation kits, quarterly results materials and organise analyst briefings and meetings.

You should have a degree in Arts & Social Science, Mass Communications or Business Administration with minimum 4 to 5 years' related experience in corporate communications with familiarity in journalism and good media contacts. You should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently to kick off projects with minimal supervision and be bilingual in English and Chinese. You should possess strong writing, presentation and interpersonal skills as well as good planning, project management and problem resolution skills. Candidates with experience in internet/intranet content management/design or those in aviation or related background will be considered favourably.

   
Manager, Corporate Secretariat

You will be responsible for corporate secretarial matters relating to the Board's function. This includes coordinating and preparing materials for board and board committee meetings, drafting, reviewing and coordinating circulation of minutes of meetings and Directors' Resolutions in Writing, maintenance of statutory registers and corporate records, filing with ACRA. You will also maintain corporate records to comply with the Companies Act requirements for different jurisdictions as well as liaise with professional service providers in connection with statutory compliance and company secretarial matters in foreign jurisdictions.

You should hold minimum Diploma in Legal Studies and candidate who is ICSA qualified is preferred, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in a commercial / MNC environment. You are expected to possess a sound understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and strong knowledge of corporate governance procedures. You should be meticulous and analytical and be able to multi-task, organize and prioritise work with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines. You should have good communication skills in spoken and written English.

   
Analyst

You will be part of our growing collaborative team of airport investment and airport advisory professionals. You will play an important role in providing rigorous empirical, financial and economic based analysis and solutions related to airport investments, planning and operations. By the nature of our business, you will receive significant international exposure working with a diverse set of projects, partners, public and private stakeholders and clients. On practical basis, you will be trained and would be expected to build financial valuation models, develop internal, partner and client presentations, support due diligence teams, create unique and insightful solutions to key management and operating challenges, as well as to work effectively with project teams composed of diverse professionals and advisors of various disciplines and international backgrounds. Going forward, you will be honed to grow in your leadership role in the company with increasing scope and responsibility and to contribute even more significantly in building the international business of the Changi Airport Group.

You should have at least a 2nd Upper Honours degree or its equivalent. Having a CFA qualification and two years of related work experience will be an added advantage. You should have a strong record of leadership in a work or organizational setting, enjoy working in diverse teams and challenging environments, and a demonstrated passion for excellence in endeavors you have undertaken. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Legal Administrative Assistant

You will be responsible for providing full administrative support in the Legal Department. You are expected to print, sort, file and scan documents and emails. You will assist in maintaining legal files and cabinets, preparing and scheduling meetings, which includes the preparation of meeting documents and booking of rooms. You will also draft cover letters and simple correspondences. You will be responsible for the arranging of courier and dispatching of documents. You will also be required to handle other assignments as may be given by the lawyers from time to time.

You should possess a minimum qualification of GCE 'O' Level with at least 3 years of relevant experience. In addition, you should also be proficient in MS Office and be able to manage tasks in a mature manner.
